Data controller

Under Law no. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”), the data controller is Momentum Teknoloji A.Ş. mecrai is a trademark of Momentum Teknoloji A.Ş.

You can reach us about anything at info@mecrai.com.

What data do we process?

On this site, personal data is processed only when you fill in a form. What you give us in the form is:

  • your name and email address
  • if you provide them: phone number, company or site name, your role
  • the message you write about your enquiry and the options you select (venue type, province, campaign period and the like)
  • which page you submitted the form from, and the site language

In addition, at the moment you submit the form and where access security requires it, your IP address, the source port of the request and your browser information (user agent) may be kept as a technical record.

The purpose of these records is limited: preventing automated and malicious submissions, enforcing the submission rate limit, and making it possible to match a request against server logs during an incident investigation. They are not used for advertising, profiling, visitor tracking or marketing, and they are not shared with third parties.

Beyond that we keep no record of your visit: the site uses no advertising or tracking cookies and runs no third-party trackers.

Your data is processed for one purpose only: to assess your enquiry and get back to you. The legal basis is the explicit consent you give when you submit the form (KVKK art. 5(1)). You can withdraw that consent at any time; when you do, our correspondence ends.

Your data is not added to a marketing list, is not profiled, and does not enter any automated decision-making.

How it is stored

Your submission is turned into an email message and delivered to us. There is no database behind this site holding form records. Your data stays in our corporate mailbox for as long as the correspondence requires, and is deleted once your enquiry is closed.

The technical records listed above (IP, port, browser information) are retained only for as long as the security purpose requires, and are deleted when that period ends.

Transfers

Your data is not transferred to third parties for advertising, sales or analytics. The infrastructure provider we use to deliver email is involved solely to carry the message, and acts as a data processor. If that provider’s servers are located abroad, this constitutes a transfer outside Türkiye, and it will be stated explicitly in this notice.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. No third-party trackers such as Google Analytics are in use. Visit analytics are cookieless and server-side.

Measurement on the screens

mecrai is building a privacy-first measurement layer (Attention Intelligence) for use on its screens. That layer uses gaze detection, not face recognition: it does not identify anyone, it produces no biometric template, and it stores no image of any person.

The measurement layer is not in the field yet. Before it goes live, a separate privacy notice will be published for the venues where the screens are installed.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right, in respect of your personal data, to learn whether it is being processed, to request information if it has been, to learn the purpose of the processing, to know the third parties it has been transferred to, to have it corrected if it is incomplete or inaccurate, to request its erasure or destruction, and — if you believe the processing was unlawful — to claim compensation for the resulting loss.

Under the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, requests must be submitted in writing. You may apply through:

  • Post: to the address below, by signed letter
  • E-mail: info@mecrai.com — only when sent from an e-mail address already registered in our system

Your application should state your name and surname, your signature (for written applications), your Turkish ID number if you are a Turkish citizen, your address for notification, your e-mail address and telephone number if any, and the subject of your request.

Your application will be concluded within thirty days at the latest. Where the request incurs an additional cost, the fee set out in the Board’s tariff may be charged.
